At Raiz, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your selection isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Raiz tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
